About Weather
Weather shows the current conditions, the hours ahead and the days ahead for the places you choose, or for where the phone is.
The forecast comes from Open-Meteo; places are found by name. The app asks for the network and nothing else: where the phone is comes from the shell, only while the app is in front.
It wakes the phone for nothing: there is no background refresh unless you ask for one.
